My mom has been batteling cancer for only a short time. Since she had found out, the cancer was extreamly advanced and she had accepted what her life had been and took every step as a stride. She loved her life and everyone in it. She faugh...t hard all the way to the end and knew her family was right beside her all the way. For two weeks I had spent every day and night with her in the hospital. I got up in the morning, got my girls off to the bus, headed straight to hospital, spend the morning with my mom, went to work for 6 hours returned to the hospital and stayed for 3 days then went home and started the routine all over. I loved every moment I spent with my mom even if I didn't get very much sleep. We snuggled together on her little hospital bed and we always were togther. We enjoyed walks in the morning, shared breakfast and lunches. I would go out and get us good food to share. We had tender moments and many laughs. I layed beside her all the way, talked to her and she knew I was there. Mom we love you and miss you soooo much. You were my life line, my best friend and my mommy.
